PSM Hampshire Solar Project

Amherst, MA

The Project will be a 33.4 kW solar photovoltaic installation featuring both roof mounted solar and ground mounted dual axis tracking solar located at two highly visible Hampshire College locations: the Hampshire College President's House and the Hampshire College Farm and Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) Barn. Hampshire College is also purchasing the power produced by the Project.  The project will generate approximately 52,000 kWh each year and offset 39 metric tons of carbon emissions, the equivalent to carbon sequestered by 30 acres of forest.

This project will be funded by the proceeds from the PSM Solar MA 2 LLC Bond and PSM Solar MA 2 LLC Tax Equity offerings.
